Privacy policy

This policy explains what we do with the details you send us through the contact form, by phone or on WhatsApp, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data and why

Name, phone, email (if you give it), type of work, area and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry, visit the site and prepare your quote. We do not use them to send you advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a contract, such as the quote (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long

As long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you hire us, for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Who else sees them

We do not pass your details on to anyone. To run the website we use providers that process them on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (sending the form email) and TaurozStudios (website maintenance). Vercel and Resend may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to tonicomasrossello@gmail.com or by post to Carrer Mercuri, 6, 07400 Alcúdia (Illes Balears). If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
